Membership society and fees.

For each residential area of this kind, called a condominio, a membership society is created for which the residents pay a monthly fee. Condomonio Brisas do Amor will be administered by Torrebrasil Ltda which also is behind the entire construction project. This monthly fee covers maintenance, gardening and the security for Brisas do Amor.

The monthly fee is only 190 Reais/month (approx £63/month or 76 euros/month).

Subletting

Subletting of the properties in Condominio Brisas do Amor will commence, if desired, as soon as phase 1 is complete through our Swedish office, Costa Blanca Solhus Properties, that has many years experience in subletting of properties situated in Spain.

When the Brisas do Amor complex is complete, another option with guaranteed return will be offered. A deal can be agreed with a travel agency and/or hotel chain so that a set amount of money will be returned to the property owner each year. The owner of the property has in both cases the right to occupy the property to a desired degree.

 

 

Funding opportunity:

Pay 20% of the price and the rest with 2%/month in 40 months, interest free.

The example below shows the purchase of a model B in the finished first phase, or in the second phase finished in October 2011, both phases located in front of the lovely swimming pool.

Price: 230.000 Reais

 

Cash payment 20% = 46.000 Reais

The remaining 80% = 184.000 Reais is to be paid with 2%/month during 40 months = 4600 Reais.
